Together, we’ll uncover insights, release doubt, and align you with your highest self. Nothing is off-limits you can vent, ask anything, or just embrace the healing energy of the session. To prepare for your in-home Reiki session, create a calm, clutter-free space where you won’t be disturbed. Dim the lights, light a candle, burn incense, or play soft music for a soothing atmosphere. A yoga mat, massage table, or firm bed works well—just ensure there’s room for me to move around you. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and keep a blanket or pillow nearby for extra comfort. Avoid alcohol, drugs, and heavy meals for at least 24 hours before your session. Take a few moments to set your intention and drink water to support energy flow. Most importantly, come with an open mind and heart, ready to receive healing.
